The Health And Me Retreat is an engaging and fun weekend, geared towards people of all walks of life. We believe that optimal health equals happiness, and encourage our participants to challenge their bodies and minds while giving them the tools to build a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Three nights stay in beautiful Georgian Mansion with fully catered nutritional meals
‘Four Pillars to Happiness’ seminar, two morning strengths and conditioning training sessions, a cooking masterclass, yoga session and guided meditation session!
And the option of either:
30 minute bespoke nutrition and lifestyle consultation with a 30 minute massage
60 minute massage

All fitness sessions are optional so if you fancy a scenic walk or winding-down in the bath with a glass of wine, then we can accommodate that too!

Take part in a bespoke one to one nutritional and lifestyle session with our expert Jodie to equip you with the tools to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.
We look at every area of your life from nutrition and fitness to sleep and stress.
The tips and knowledge you learn at Health and Me will be easily transferable into day to day life at home. We’ll be clearing up common nutrition and lifestyle misconceptions and equipping you to better manage your every day life.
All fitness sessions will be tailored to a full range of abilities. You will have the opportunity to take part in an early morning strength and conditioning session set in the beautiful grounds of Buckland House
